I agree that conspiracies may need to be exposed, but what about devoting some energy to the laws about to take effect that directly affect our freedom right now - such as in BC if you're caught speeding by 40kmh or greater your car is impounded for a week (on your first violation) - so your first speeding ticket could cost you around $1000. Your second is 30 days of impound - I'm sure that's pretty costly. Plus higher fines. This is the kind of thing that affects our freedom directly and immediately, and i think it deserves a little attention.

Note that geoengineering and aerosol spraying to deflect suns rays to cool the planet was first seriously discussed at the Academy's October 2008 General Assembly organized by World Academy of Art and Science Fellow Raul Weiler, president of the EU Chapter of the Club of Rome. Mikhail Gorbachev is a Club of Rome member and he also invented the Earth Charter with Earth Day, etc. He rents a building from Nancy Pelosi in California. The Club of Rome published “The Limits to Growth” in which they promote the eugenicists agenda of depopulation or, population reduction. In 1993, it published a follow-up called The First Global Revolution. According to this book, “It would seem that humans need a common motivation, namely a common adversary, to organize and act together in the vacuum; such a motivation must be found to bring the divided nations together to face an outside enemy, either a real one or else one invented for the purpose….The common enemy of humanity is man….Democracy is no longer well suited for the tasks ahead” and “In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine etc., would fit the bill. All these dangers are caused by human intervention, and it is only through changed attitudes and behavior that they can be overcome. The real enemy then, is humanity itself."

1.) Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) techniques, which remove CO2 from the atmosphere. As they address the root cause of climate change, rising CO2 concentrations, they have relatively low uncertainties and risks. However, these techniques work slowly to reduce global temperatures.
2.) Solar Radiation Management (SRM) techniques, which reflect a small percentage of the sun's light and heat back into space. These methods act quickly, and so may represent the only way to lower global temperatures quickly in the event of a climate crisis. However, they only reduce some, but not all, effects of climate change, while possibly creating other problems . They also do not affect CO2 levels and therefore fail to address the wider effects of rising CO2, including ocean acidification."

United States Patent 5003186: A method is described for reducing atmospheric or global warming resulting from the presence of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere, i.e., from the greenhouse effect. Such gases are relatively transparent to sunshine, but absorb strongly the long-wavelength infrared radiation released by the earth. The method includes the step of seeding the layer of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere with particles of materials characterized by wavelength-dependent emissivity. Such materials include Welsbach materials and the oxides of metals which have high emissivity (and thus low reflectivities) in the visible and 8-12 micron infrared wavelength regions.

The metal particulates can be delivered through separate valved dispensers or through the engine exhausts.

All of this is tied directly into the communist one world governance United Nations Agenda 21, signed by Geo. H. W. Bush in 1992, which is well under way to lead us to fundamentally change world society for "Sustainable Consumption and Production" through Earth worship (Gaia) and depopulation.
